Privacy Policy - ProducerLens
Effective Date: April 2, 2026
ProducerLens ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal and business information through our website, https://producerlens.pages.dev/, and our insurance recruiting SaaS platform (collectively, the "Service").
ProducerLens is a technology and software-as-a-service provider. We are not a licensed insurance agency, and we do not engage in the solicitation, negotiation, or sale of insurance products.
Our platform uses government-verified public records from the Florida Department of Financial Services to provide searchable licensee intelligence. We provide a recruiting-focused view of these records and do not guarantee that public-record information is complete, current, or error-free at the moment you access it.

1.2 Information collected automatically
When you access the Service, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- Log data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and access times.

- Cookies and similar tracking technologies used to maintain your session and improve platform performance.
1.3 Public licensee data
Our platform displays information regarding Florida insurance licensees obtained from public government databases, including the Florida Department of Financial Services. This may include licensee names, license numbers, license types, license status and recency, city of residence, and other information made available in those public records, which may include contact information when present in the underlying government dataset. We do not own this data; we process, format, and score it for recruiting efficiency.
2. How we use information
We use the information collected to:
- Provide, maintain, and operate the ProducerLens platform and its recruiting tools, including search, filtering, lead scoring, dashboards, and exports.

- With service providers who perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting, analytics, customer support tooling, and payment processing.
- With CRM integrations at your direction, depending on your plan, when you export or push lead or workflow information into systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- When required for legal compliance, such as a court order, subpoena, or protection of the rights and safety of the Company or our users.

4. Outreach and professional obligations
Users of ProducerLens must comply with all applicable state and federal regulations regarding outreach and recruitment, including but not limited to:
